Ducle Sole is here to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and will happily accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of purchase date.

All merchandise returns purchased on www.dulcesole.com must be in its original condition (unused and unwashed) with tags attached, original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note we will not issue refunds if returned merchandise does not meet our policy expectations.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of return and refund.

If your refund is approved please allow up to 7 business days for processing of your return. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to officially post.

If you’ve contacted your bank or credit card company and still haven’t received your refund please contact us at info@dulcesole.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

All SALE items including “SALE” code items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged Items (if applicable)

If you receive our merchandise and it’s damaged or defective please contact us at info@dulcesole.com  within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will happily process your return or exchange. Please send your merchandise to:

Please note customers will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please allow 7 - 10 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee delivery of return to sender packages, please ensure you actively tracking your packages.
